Domestic Violence accounts for a growing segment of workplace violence incidents. The potential for violence to leave the home and enter the workplace is inevitable. The workplace is a perfect location for jealous, agitated, and angry partners to find victims who are otherwise "in hiding"   and harass, intimidate and commit acts of violence against them and their   co-workers.

There is no need to debate whether domestic violence is a workplace issue.  It has been clearly established that domestic violence does spill into the workplace and that it puts not only the involved employee at risk, but his or her co-workers, supervisors, customers and clients as well.
